Hongyuan Green Energy Co Ltd has taken control of a new entity, Suntech Power Co., Ltd.(New Suntech) through subsidiary HY Solar Co Ltd. New Suntech holds the patents and brands formerly belonging to Wuxi Suntech, which remains insolvent. New Suntech and Hongyuan jointly operate a 16GW/year module factory at 1159
